PRE-ORDERS

All the current merch offered (Moonlight Gathering Collection) will be available through pre-orders exclusively.

The pre-order phase will last until April 7th, 2025 @ 11:59PM (CEST), after which the collection will no longer be available until further notice. 
While the collection might return some other time for special events, please understand there is a chance the merchandise may not be produced again.

All orders will be sent within 1 or 2 months after the end of the pre-ordering phase (May~June 2025).
Customers will be kept updated on the status of their order via e-mail (production, preparations, shipping etc.).

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Please understand that purchases are final and non refundable.

Exceptions will apply if the product arrives damaged or if there was a mistake in your order (proof will be required).

SHIPPING

Shipping fees may vary depending on the country.

Shipping may range from a couple of days to a month.

Shipping is currently unavailable for the following countries:
North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol, Yemen, Somalia, Russia, Belarus, Haiti.

Payment will be accepted via PayPal only.
